All of our adoptable pets are housed with foster families. They have been spay/neutered, micro chipped and crate trained. They have all been living in a family environment so have been evaluated for temperament and personality. We believe that we should know each pet well enough to make sure that when adopted, everyone lives happily ever after.
Duran is a very athletic but high energy dog with a very high prey drive. He will chase anything that runs from him but won't hurt it when he catches it. And, he does catch a lot (usually the rooster or our cat) because he is fast and can jump the moon. He would make a great agility dog. He is affectionate and learns quickly but he needs gentle corrections as he has been treated harshly in the past and needs confidence.
